CrossFit is constantly varied functional movements performed at high intensity. All CrossFit workouts are based on functional movements, and these movements reflect the best aspects of gymnastics, weightlifting, running, rowing and more. These are the core movements of life. They move the largest loads the longest distances, so they are ideal for maximizing the amount of work done in the shortest time. Intensity is essential for results and is measurable as work divided by time—or power. The more work you do in less time, or the higher the power output, the more intense the effort. By employing a constantly varied approach to training, functional movements and intensity lead to dramatic gains in fitness.

Overall, the aim of CrossFit is to forge a broad, general and inclusive fitness supported by measurable, observable and repeatable results. The program prepares trainees for any physical contingency—not only for the unknown but for the unknowable, too. Our specialty is not specializing.

While CrossFit challenges the world’s fittest, the program is designed for universal scalability, making it the perfect application for any committed individual, regardless of experience. We scale load and intensity; we don’t change the program. The needs of Olympic athletes and our grandparents differ by degree, not kind.



Stay Ready Kids Summer Program is an exciting and fun way for children to exercise and learn healthy lifestyle habits. Each workout, your kids will learn and practice functional movements involving exercises that are fundamental to all things that kids need to do when they play. They will participate in fun and engaging workouts that deliver measurable results and prepare them to be well-rounded athletes. They will pull, push, run, throw, climb, lift, and jump.

Our coaches are here to make sure your child is having fun while getting fit in a safe, friendly environment that they enjoy. We will teach the kids to understand that every body is capable of amazing things. We want to build the confidence in every kid we meet to be comfortable in his/her own skin.



Olympic weightlifting is comprised of two lifts; the Snatch and the Clean & Jerk. In the snatch, a barbell is lifted from the ground to overhead in one smooth movement. In the Clean & Jerk, a barbell is lifted from the floor to the shoulder and then overhead in a locked out position.

Classes are starting on point, we ask you to not come in late. If you are coming for the first time come in 15 minutes early to get the chance to talk one of the coaches and sign a waiver.

If you are more than 10 minutes late wait for the next class.

Some classes require reservation due to a high value of athletes. Make sure to reserve your spot.

All children must be supervised and are not allowed on the work out area. Please make sure to let us know in time that you will bring your children and we are more then happy to find a volunteer to watch your children.  

All our memberships are 6 month agreements. We request a 30 days notice to cancel with no extra penalty fee.
